Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the DeskOnTime web platform and app ("the service"). By using the service you accept these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.
1. The service
DeskOnTime is a tool for notary offices, law firms and other organizations to manage their cases: forms, people, documents, notes, events, registry tracking, dashboard and notifications. The features available depend on the organization's plan and the role it gives you.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are personal. Keep your password safe and don't share it; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Your organization's administrator can invite you, change your role and groups, or remove your access.
- Tell us right away at soporte@deskontime.com if you think someone used your account without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You must not: use the service for unlawful purposes; record data you have no right to record; try to access other organizations' data; interfere with the operation or security of the service; or copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.
4. Your organization's data
- The cases, documents and other content the organization records belong to it. DeskOnTime uses them only to provide the service, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
- The organization is responsible for having the right and, where applicable, the consent to record third parties' personal data (for example, the people in a case).
- Documents and results the service generates (forms, stamps, draft deeds, AI text) are work aids: final review and professional responsibility belong to the organization.
5. Third-party services
Some features rely on external services the organization chooses to use (public registries, notary system, WhatsApp, artificial intelligence). Their availability and accuracy do not depend on DeskOnTime.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change significantly affects your organization, we will give advance notice.
7. Price
Commercial terms (plan, price and payment) are agreed with each organization. The app is free to download; to use it you need an account from an organization with an active subscription.
8. Intellectual property
DeskOnTime's software, brand and designs belong to their owners. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while you have access.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DeskOnTime is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss caused by misuse of the service or by third-party services. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
10. Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account (Delete account). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
11. App stores
If you use the app downloaded from the App Store or Google Play, those stores' terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the service or for supporting it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Lima.
